    LEAGUE: Fall Coed 8v8 Outdoor Soccer

    SEASON START DATE: Saturday, September 20, 2014. Registration opens August 4, 2014.

    LEAGUES / GAME DAYS: Saturday Night Coed Open Leagues

    SEASON LENGTH: Each team will play at least 8 regular season games. Additional games may be earned by making the playoffs. Saturday night games will be played between 8pm - 10pm.Playoffs will be held the week following the regular season. The number of teams that make it to the playoffs will be determined by EAS, but will be at least the top half.

    LOCATION: All games will be played on the Evergreen SportsPlex turf fields.

    FEES and REGISTRATION: Individual player fees are $90 for the season which includes 8-10 games, depending on whether the playerâ??s team makes the playoffs. Each player will register individually. If a player is already affiliated with a team they will specify that at the time of registration. If you are not affiliated with a team you will be placed on a team by EAS. If you are a team captain, please indicate that during registration. Team Captains should register prior to other team members to allow EAS to create a team.

    Each team will have a minimum of 12 players and it is the Team Captainâ??s responsibility to ensure that his/her roster includes at least 12 registered players at the start of the season. EAS will work with the Team Captains to allocated registered players who are not affiliated with a specific team at registration.

    Each player who registers will receive an EAS T-Shirt. During Registration the team captain will specify his/her team color. Colors will be allocated to teams on a first come/first serve basis.

    EAS Registration fees are refundable only at the discretion of Evergreen Adult Sports.

    TEAM CAPTAIN'S MEETING: There will be a mandatory Team Captain meeting at 3pm on Sunday, September 14th at the Evergreen SportsPlex. If a Team Captain is unable to attend, another representative from the team must be present.

    REFEREES: All 8v8 games will have a single referee

    MAKE-UP GAMES: If a game is canceled due to weather, make-up games will be rescheduled in such a manner to keep the season on schedule. This may include rescheduling for a different day of the week.

    CO-ED PLAYER REQUIREMENTS: Each team will have eight (8) players, with at least three females playing at all times.

    AGE REQUIREMENTS: Females must be 18 years or older and males must be 21 years or older to participate in EAS.
