Skills Clinics for Soccer Moms! Soccer

  • In an effort to recruit more women for our adult co-ed soccer teams, we thought it might be a good idea to become proactive, and train some women who are not necessarily already soccer players. The leagues we play in vary in their intensity and level of competitiveness, and some are amenable for beginners. With that said, we are offering a series of soccer skills clinics for soccer moms, on Saturdays, March 17, March 24, and March 31, from 1:00 until 2:00, at Aberdeen in North Potomac. This is a free event and there are no strings attached. Yes, we do hope that you will join one (or more) of our teams, but that is not a requirement to join the free skills clinic. We will cover the basics of team play, passing, trapping, and defending. Dribbling and shooting will be covered in future skills clinics, but not in the first one. You are free to show up without registering, but it is in your best interest to register (by replying to this ad), because if we need to cancel for any reason, then obviously we can notify only those we know are planning to attend. Thank you.

You don't technically have to be a soccer mom. This is free for all women. Hopefully the price is right? Zero dollars, zero cents, cash, check, or Pay Pal.
