  • I just moved into the dc area and want to join an adult ice hockey team. I checked out the HNA website and saw that the league is about 3 games in. I haven't played since highschool but am going to pick up games on weekends to get back in the groove. I am right handed and played both wings in highschool. Please reply back if you think I would be a good fit for your team or if you know of a team looking for players. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hey Ryan. I appreciate you contacting me. Unfortunately my roster is completely booked for this season. However, I know a lot of teams in the area that are looking for guys. I currently play on a team that is associated with the website HockeyOT.com. We currently need guys on that squad (and can use that as a try out possibly for my team next year). If you want more information on it, shoot me an e-mail tomorrow at bscheur@gmail.com. The HockeyOT team offers some incredible discounts and may be best to get your feet wet for hockey in the area. That said, it is a C level team, which isn't as competitive as where i normally play, but it does offer learning experience and good exercise. Definitely e-mail me and i can tell you more.
